How do I order?

1. Choose dates you will be in the office
2. Choose your meal(s) for each day
3. Add to cart and checkout
 

How to Collect?

1. On delivery date, we'll send you an SMS in the morning to remind you of upcoming order(s)
2. Visit the pick up stall anytime to collect your order. Optimal collection window is between 10:00am-1:00pm
3. Orders will be kept at the stall until 6:00pm. Unclaimed orders will be forfeited at the end of each day.


Where can I find your menu?

You can find the available meal options in the MEAL PLANS section.  Each day has a different menu, and we release menus up to 4 weeks ahead. 


How do I order something I've eaten before?

Our products change daily at The Globe Tower, to keep things interesting for you. If you particularly loved one of the dishes you've had in rotation, you can try finding those dishes at https://kravers.com or https://thesixpackchef.ph

 

How can I edit or cancel my order?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Head over to your dashboard.
3. Click the order you want to edit or cancel.
4. Click amend order.
5. Select the change you want to make.

Please note that we strictly have a 2-day lead time with a daily cut off time of 5PM for order amendments and/or cancellations.
